SIP provider (extension) |
The following describes how to set up a SIP provider when using an extension connection.
Go to Assistants->Telephony->Trunks->New.
Select SIP - Direct dial-in under Connection Type.
Under Type select User-defined .
Click Next.
Assistants->Telephony->Trunks->New-> <SIP Provider (Extension)>
Proceed as follows to save the login information of the SIP provider:

Enter a name for the SIP provider under Name, e.g. Sipgate_Trunking .
Enter your provider's Authentication ID (SIP-ID), e. g. 1528507t0 .
Enter the Password you received from your VoIP provider.
For Login Name, enter the name that your VoIP provider has sent you, e. g. 1528507t0 . This is the SIP-ID for the providers Sipgate and QSC.
Enter an IP address or a domain name as the SIP Registrar.
For Sipgate Trunking: sipconnect.sipgate.de
Für QSC-IPfonie extended: sip.qsc.de
Enter a Base Number, e.g. 4911149522701 .
Use Add under Authorisation Class to create a new entry and select an authorisation class, e.g. Default CoS .
Use Add under Class of Service to create a new entry.
Enter the extension number that your VoIP provider has given you under Direct Dial Exception (P-P), e. g. 0 .
Enter a name for the connection under Displayed Name, e.g. Zentrale-0 . This is displayed on the system telephone for incoming calls.
Enable Generate international phone number and Generate national subscriber number.
Leave the remaining settings unchanged and confirm them with OK.
After the system is successfully registered with the SIP provider, the status display of the
respective SIP connection changes to
